These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JMJ’s website, mobile application, trading services, educational services, portfolio management services, pool funding opportunities, trading signals, mentorship programs, and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using any JMJ Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
By accessing or using JMJ’s website, application, trading signals, portfolio management, pool funding, mentorship, or any other Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any applicable agreements, policies, or service-specific conditions provided by JMJ.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use JMJ’s Services.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must not use JMJ’s Services where trading, investment services, foreign exchange activities, or any related service is prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for determining whether you are legally permitted to use our Services in your jurisdiction.

Where offered under a separate agreement, JMJ may provide portfolio or account management services through designated trading arrangements and professional traders.
The applicable minimum capital, fees, profit-sharing arrangements, risk parameters, drawdown conditions, refund terms, and other conditions will be communicated and agreed upon before participation.
Any refund or compensation arrangement applies only where expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, fees already charged or deducted for services provided are non-refundable.
Where offered, pool funding allows eligible participants to combine capital with other participants for a designated trading strategy or account.
Participation, contribution amounts, allocation methods, trading arrangements, fees, profit distribution, withdrawal conditions, risk limits, and any applicable refund provisions will be communicated before participation.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement, profits and losses may be allocated according to each participant’s agreed contribution or participation ratio.
Pool funding involves investment risk, and there is no guarantee that participants will receive a return of their contributed capital.
JMJ may provide one-on-one or group-based trading education and mentorship.
Depending on the program, mentorship may be delivered privately or with multiple participants. Program structure, duration, content, fees, schedules, and access conditions may vary.
Educational and mentorship materials are provided for learning purposes and do not guarantee that a participant will achieve a particular trading result.
TRADING INVOLVES A HIGH LEVEL OF RISK AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.
You may lose some or all of your initial capital.
You should never trade or invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
By using JMJ’s Services, you acknowledge that:
5.1 You understand that financial markets, including foreign exchange and derivatives markets, involve significant risk.
5.2 You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their outcomes, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided in a written agreement.
5.3 JMJ does not guarantee profits, returns, or the preservation of your capital.
5.4 Any regulatory authorization, registration, licence, or approval applicable to a particular JMJ Service will be maintained and disclosed as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as representing that JMJ is licensed or authorized for a particular regulated activity unless such authorization actually applies.
5.5 Past performance, historical results, trading signals, examples, testimonials, or previous returns do not guarantee future performance.
5.6 Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, JMJ does not guarantee reimbursement of trading losses.
Signal subscription fees are displayed on the JMJ website, application, or applicable sales channel.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by JMJ, signal subscription fees are non-refundable.
Portfolio management fees, service charges, profit-sharing arrangements, and other applicable fees will be disclosed before participation.
Fees paid upfront for portfolio management services are generally non-refundable.
Where a specific written agreement provides for a refund based on an agreed drawdown or other condition, the refund will be calculated strictly according to that agreement.
Fees already deducted or earned for services provided are not refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Pool funding participation fees, service charges, or other upfront fees are generally non-refundable.
Where a specific pool funding agreement provides for a refund based on an agreed condition, the refund will be subject to that agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, any applicable refund will not exceed 50% of the relevant eligible amount.
Mentorship and educational program fees are non-refundable once access to the program, materials, sessions, or services has been provided, except where JMJ expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
JMJ may accept payments through methods specified on its website, application, or official communication channels, including:
You are responsible for applicable transaction, network, banking, conversion, or processing fees unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not generally applicable to trading signals or mentorship services.
Refunds may apply to portfolio management or pool funding only where a specific written agreement expressly provides for a refund.
Where applicable, refunds are subject to the conditions, drawdown levels, eligibility requirements, timeframes, and limitations stated in the relevant agreement.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, refunds under portfolio management or pool funding arrangements shall not exceed 50% of the eligible amount.
A standard refund percentage, where applicable, may be specified in the individual service agreement and may differ between programs.
As a JMJ user, you agree to:
8.1 Provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in our Services.
8.2 Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and access information.
8.3 Immediately notify JMJ of any suspected unauthorized access or use of your account.
8.4 Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
8.5 Not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit JMJ’s signals, strategies, educational materials, software, or proprietary content without written permission.
8.6 Not share restricted JMJ content with unauthorized third parties.
8.7 Not impersonate JMJ, its employees, representatives, or affiliates.
8.8 Not engage in conduct intended to damage JMJ’s reputation through knowingly false, fraudulent, or unlawful statements.
8.9 Not interfere with, disrupt, attack, manipulate, or compromise the operation or security of JMJ’s website, application, systems, or Services.
Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to civil or criminal action where permitted by applicable law.
All Content provided by JMJ, including but not limited to signals, analysis, strategies, charts, logos, graphics, videos, educational materials, software, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to JMJ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit JMJ Content without express written consent from JMJ.
Your access to JMJ Content does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JMJ and its directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to:

Our Services and Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless expressly provided by the applicable agreement or required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory legal requirements applicable to the User or the relevant Service.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution process applicable under Nigerian law and any applicable agreement between the parties.
JMJ may update these Terms from time to time.
The Last Updated date at the beginning of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
Continued use of our Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific agreement, privacy policy, risk disclosure, and other written terms provided by JMJ, constitute the agreement between you and JMJ concerning your use of the relevant Services.
